The PitchPush team in a standup meeting reviewing campaign progress

No. PitchPush is a B2B marketing agency and campaign studio based in Toronto, staffed by senior human strategists and creatives. We are not a bot network, not a follower farm, not an AI-income or "make money online" course, and not a push-notification or growth-hacking SaaS product. We do not sell software, and we do not guarantee sales, followers, engagement, virality, search rankings or return on investment for any client. Generative AI supports research, drafting and pattern-spotting inside our workflow, but every go-to-market brief, campaign pitch, message test and piece of creative is written, reviewed and approved by a named senior strategist before a client ever sees it. Our work is built around audience research, brand strategy, campaign planning and platform policy compliance — professional marketing services delivered by people, assisted by tools, never replaced by them.

Discovery and briefing projects typically run CAD 3,200–6,800. A full creative pitch adds CAD 4,600–9,800. Ongoing paid and organic activation is billed monthly from roughly CAD 3,800, and always-on retainers for enterprises and scale-ups start around CAD 6,500 per month. Exact project scope depends on channel count, market complexity and timeline — we quote after a short discovery call, not before.

Most first engagements move through our six-week W-01 to W-06 timeline: discovery, brief lock, pitch draft, creative wave, push live, and a performance read-out. Retainer clients move faster on subsequent launch sprints because the brief room already understands the brand voice and prior message tests.

Both. Our client base spans founders and SMEs running a first serious campaign pitch through to scale-ups and enterprises consolidating multiple regional campaigns under one brief. Project scope and pricing flex accordingly — a founder-led brand and an enterprise brand-management team need different depths of audience research and media planning.

Generative AI contributes to early drafts, research summaries and pattern analysis inside our AI content workflows — think first-pass headline lists or a category scan, not finished creative. Every AI-assisted draft is rewritten and checked by a senior strategist for accuracy, brand voice and platform policy compliance before it becomes part of a campaign pitch or creative wave. We're happy to disclose which stages involved AI assistance when a client asks directly.

Channel selection follows the audience research, not a default template — commonly paid social, search, programmatic display and organic push across the platforms your buyers actually use. We scope media planning per brief rather than running every channel for every client, and every campaign is checked against current platform policy before launch.

We can scope a creative-only project if you already have a solid go-to-market brief from an in-house team or another studio, but we'll review that brief first — a creative pitch built on a weak brief tends to be the exact "survives the room, dies in week two" problem PitchPush exists to prevent.

Yes. While our studio is physically on Abell Street in Toronto, most collaboration happens over video and shared documents, and we regularly work with clients across the Canadian market, including Vancouver, and the wider North American market. In-person sessions in the brief room are available for local and visiting clients.

A senior strategist walks through what the media plan actually delivered against the brief: which message tests won, what the auction rewarded, where creative testing suggests the next wave should focus, and an honest account of underperforming channels. It's a working session, not a highlight-reel presentation.
