Privacy policy
Effective and last updated 20 July 2026. This policy explains how PitchPush Inc. ("PitchPush," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with pitchpush.pro and our campaign studio services, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law.
1. Scope & who we are
PitchPush Inc. is a marketing agency and campaign studio registered in Canada, operating from 48 Abell Street, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M6J 3H2 (Business Number BN 741829356 RC0001). This policy applies to personal information we collect through pitchpush.pro, through our contact form, by email or phone, and in the course of delivering campaign strategy, creative and activation services to our clients. It does not apply to third-party platforms we may recommend or activate campaigns on, each of which has its own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: contact details (name, email address, phone number, company name) submitted through our contact form; the content of any message, brief summary or enquiry you send us; technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and any analytics cookies you consent to; and, for clients, additional business information relevant to a campaign engagement, such as brand guidelines, audience data, media budgets and past campaign performance, which you provide directly as part of a discovery or briefing process.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, government identification numbers beyond what is required for invoicing, or biometric data, and we ask that you do not include such information in contact form submissions.
3. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out our contact form, email [email protected], call our studio line, or exchange documents with us during a client engagement. We also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse pitchpush.pro, as described in our cookie policy. We do not purchase personal information about individuals from third-party data brokers for marketing purposes.
4. Why we collect it
We use personal information to: respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form; schedule and conduct pitch review calls and discovery sessions; deliver, invoice and administer campaign strategy, creative and activation services under a signed project scope; maintain accurate business records for tax and legal compliance in Canada; understand aggregate website usage so we can improve pitchpush.pro; and, where you have separately opted in, send occasional studio updates. We do not use personal information collected through this site to build advertising audiences for unrelated third parties.
5. Consent
Where our contact form is used, we ask for explicit consent via an unchecked "consent_pipeda" checkbox before any enquiry is transmitted — consent is never assumed or pre-selected on your behalf. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records (for example, invoicing history for active or past clients).
6. Cookies & tracking
pitchpush.pro uses a small number of essential cookies required for the site to function, and optional analytics cookies that help us understand traffic patterns. On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Customise your choice; that choice is stored in your browser for approximately six months. Full detail on categories, providers and retention periods is available in our dedicated cookie policy.
7. AI tools & data
As part of our campaign studio workflow, we use generative AI tools to assist with research summarisation, first-draft copy and creative concepting. Where client or prospect information is used as input to an AI-assisted workflow, we take reasonable steps to avoid submitting sensitive personal information to third-party AI tools, and all AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a senior human strategist before use. We do not use personal information submitted through our contact form to train third-party AI models, and any AI vendor we use is bound by its own data-handling terms, which we review as part of our vendor selection process.
8. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited personal information with: service providers who support our operations, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service and accounting software, each under confidentiality obligations; professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary; and regulators or law enforcement where required by Canadian law. Where a client engagement requires sharing information with a media platform for campaign activation, this is scoped and agreed with the client directly as part of the project.
9. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers we rely on (for example, certain cloud infrastructure or email delivery vendors) may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection is maintained, consistent with PIPEDA's requirements for organizations that transfer personal information to third parties, including those in other jurisdictions.
10. Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterward for record-keeping, typically no more than 24 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case standard business and tax record retention periods apply (generally six years, consistent with Canada Revenue Agency requirements). Cookie consent choices are retained in your browser for approximately six months, after which the banner will reappear.
11. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our studio, including access controls on internal systems, encrypted transmission for our contact form, and limiting access to personal information to team members who need it to do their job. No website or data transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take incident response seriously and will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities where required by law in the event of a significant breach.
12. Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to know why we collect, use or disclose your personal information; to access personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions; to challenge the accuracy and completeness of that information and have it amended as appropriate; and to withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 16 below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
13. Marketing communications
We do not add contact form submissions to a marketing list automatically. If you separately opt in to studio updates, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected] directly.
14. Children's privacy
pitchpush.pro and our services are directed at business audiences and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we become aware that we have done so inadvertently, we will delete it promptly.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or Canadian privacy law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of pitchpush.pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
16. Contact & complaints
Questions, access requests or complaints about our privacy practices can be directed to our privacy contact at [email protected], by phone at +1 (416) 619-2843 during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 ET, or by mail to PitchPush Inc., 48 Abell Street, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M6J 3H2, Canada.
